HISCO Pump has been in the business of engineering, manufacturing and supplying industrial pumps and parts since 1976. Continuously family owned and operated from its inception, HISCO has invested in the equipment, facilities and people to become a diverse industrial pump company dedicated to serving our customers needs.
We know that pumps can be a major expense in any manufacturing or water treatment environment, big or small; consuming water, energy and time. We firmly believe that forming a partnership with our customer is the essence of the fulfilled sale, becoming a complete solutions provider to the user, troubleshooting problems if they arise and providing high quality aftermarket support throughout the ownership. To achieve this goal, HISCO has made every effort to maintain the customer service environment set forth in the beginning by owner and founder Joseph A. Montineri. His idea of investing in growth to serve a growing customer base while maintaining the small business evironment capable of catering to our customers needs at the ground level is still something we strive for today.
Our mission includes the following:
- Keeping a readily available new parts inventory to suit our customers “just in time” needs, as well as maintaining one of the largest inventories of surplus, hard to find and obsolete surplus pumps and parts inventories in the world.
- Providing pumps, parts, repairs and services at very competetive pricing without sacrificing the quality and support that the customer expects and deserves.
- Offering continuous improvement and value-added services to our customers, such as upgraded materials and designs to improve performance and durability, and engineering support to improve system operation.
From its beginning providing fasteners, pump shafts and sleeves to the pulp & paper and chemical markets in the Northeastern US, HISCO has expanded operations to become a one stop source for all your pump related needs. With state of the art manufacturing/repair facilties in Connecticut and North Florida, as well as distribution channels and partnerships across the US, Canada, Mexico and abroad, HISCO is well suited to reach an industrial user base that includes pulp & paper, chemical, sugar, ethanol, wastewater & water treatment, mining, power generation and more.
