I just wanted to send you a letter of appreciation for all that you and HISCO do for Graphic Packaging International. In addition to the cost savings you have generated through your work in the storeroom to identify and consolidate parts and verify needed spares, both you and Frank are quick to drop what you are doing and help when an emergency arises at the plant. Going out of your way to support our paper making efforts has resulted in less downtime and a significant savings in avoiding lost production.
Customer service is critical when it comes to pumps, motors and other repair items necessary to keep the machine running. The service that you give to the mill is far better than most suppliers are willing to give. There has never been a time that you were not willing to go above and beyond to satisfy our needs and do what we have asked.
This being said, I would like to thank you for the personal touch that both you and Frank add to our working relationship. You are always honest and fair, reliable and dependable. This goes a long way in making my job easier by knowing that I can ask a question or place an order and not have to worry about following up. I look forward to working with you, Frank and HISCO for many years.
